Weirdo Beardo Apparel accepts no responsibility or liability for any errors and omissions contained on this website. Use of this website and available content is at the user/customers risk and discretion. Weirdo Beardo Apparel offers no warranty that the use of this website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Weirdo Beardo Apparel also reserves the right not to process and refuse any orders we may find fraudulent. Such orders will be refunded in a timely manner.

Limit of Responsibility

Weirdo Beardo Apparel will only process the order(s) according to the design and instruction(s) sent to us. Weirdo Beardo Apparel is not responsible for any inaccuracy in information (i.e. incorrect credit card information, billing address, typographical errors, etc.) and delay in transmission caused by Internet and virus-related problems.

Returns

Weirdo Beardo Apparel processes the shirts at the time you made the order. If you have a problem with your order, we will fix it given the fault is on our end. Weirdo Beardo Apparel will only accept returns and will issue a refund under certain conditions within 10 days from the shipping date of the order:

[a] The item is damaged/materially-flawed

[b] Design printing (i.e. digital, screen print or embroidery) is of poor quality

[c] You received the wrong item

[d] The design is different from the one requested online

Before we can re-print the item or issue a refund, you must send us a picture of the item you received from us for inspection and verification purposes. You can send the image through email or ship the item back to us at your expense. Item(s) returned to us must be unwashed and in the same condition when we send it to you.

If in any case you want to cancel your order, Weirdo Beardo Apparel requires a cancellation fee (5% of the total order cost) especially when your order has been processed already.

Indemnity

Upon Weirdo Beardo Apparel's request, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Weirdo Beardo Apparel and its affiliates, their employees and officers harmless from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorneys fees, that will arise from your use or misuse of the Weirdo Beardo Apparel Site and Services.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws in force for the time being in the State of Texas.

Minors under 16 years of age can only use this website under their parents or legal guardians supervision. Prospective users under 16 years of age must provide a valid e-mail address of their parent(s) or guardian(s). The parent(s) or guardian(s) will be contacted via email by Weirdo Beardo Apparel staff to have their permission. However, if Weirdo Beardo Apparel receives no response within 48 hours, you will not be able to register with the website.
